How Long Does Shipping Take?

Do you guarantee delivery time?

Because the post office handles your shipment,we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.However,we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.


What if my order delivery was delayed?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Depending on your order status: 1. If you have ordered a custom-made product and it is already in production, the order cannot be cancelled. 2. If the order is already being processed and has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. please wait for the package to arrive, and you may either keep the package or contact us for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics. If your order does not involve a custom-made clothes that is currently in production, or has not been shipped, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order at support@cutematchy.com.

Non-returnable items

We only accept returns for brand new products. If the product you purchased is worn, damaged, or if the tag has been removed, we cannot accept the return. However, if the item was damaged during shipping, we can accept a return and provide a refund.
